Biography of Sylvitia Krisnata Prioria

This time I'll tell you about one of my senior's biography. enjoy reading guys...:)

A 20 year-old girl, Sylvitia Krisnata Prioria or for short, Vita. She is in 6^th semester now. She is one of many seniors in Widya Mandala Catholic University Surabaya. She is from English Department. She also one of many seniors who actives in some university’s events. She is known as LPM (Journalist Student Organization) leader. She is not only a student who active in student organization or in class, but also active for debate as well as being Widya Mandala Catholic University representative in NUDC (National University Debating Competition) 2015 along with Victor (Eng. Dept) and Maria (IBM).

She has a round face and wears eyeglasses. She has curly black hair. She is known for her witty look and conversation that she likes to joke with her friends, not only on her level but also her seniors and juniors. She was born in Surabaya, 13^th June 1995. People think that 13 is unfortunate number, but she just laugh for it. She doesn’t care what people think about that, for her, every number is good. She said that she is very easy going person, she is not really a serious person. She also said that she is not a perfectionist person. She is a biggest fans of one of many Korean idols, Bigbang. She liked Bigbang since she was in Junior High School. She is a second child of three children. She has siblings, one older sister and one younger brother. She lived at Simo Pomahan 7b No. 28, Surabaya Barat.

Although she looks like she isn’t a serious person, but she also has some experienced with her pets. When she was child, she had rabbits. At first she bought a couple of Angora rabbits, male and female. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later those rabbits died. Then she bought a couple of Angora rabbits again, but after one week later those rabbits also died like the previous rabbits. Although she knew that she already lost 4 Angora rabbits, but she still bought more. She bought a couple of Angora rabbits again. This time the rabbits didn’t die, but the other one missed and the other one was sick. Then she still didn’t give up with pets. After that time she bought one local rabbit and fortunately this rabbit didn’t die like the previous rabbits. That rabbit survive for 2 years and became Vita’s alarm. In the morning that rabbit always licks at her feet so she woke up on time. She very like this one, but unfortunately this rabbit also died because that rabbit’s eye was bitten by a mouse. And that’s why she really hates mouse, rat, etc. then she still want to have pets, so she decided to buy a local rabbit. That rabbit very different from the last one. Although they’re same species, but this one very naughty rabbit. Unfortunately she was busy and didn’t have much time to taking care that rabbit, so she decided to give that rabbit to her neighbor.

She is from English Department. For her, at first she thought that English is merely about speaking, listening, reading writing and some tenses that she’s already known before. But as soon as she entered English Department, she realized that English is not all about that, but more than that. Yet, she never gives up on her study. That is why she is now in 6^th semester, fighting for her thesis proposal. She attended college because she didn’t ready to work and she didn’t want not to do nothing at home. So she decided to attend college. In fact, she didn’t very interesting in English Major. If she can do that again, she will take a different academic path. Like HI (International Relationship) Major or Communication Science Major. She wants to take HI because she likes to know what exactly happens in the world and she said that you can talk with everyone from another countries. So, you also can improve your speaking skill in there. and she wants to take Communication Science because she likes talking very much.

She doesn’t like and doesn’t do any sports because she thought that her body already ideal for her. Although she nowadays she doesn’t like and doesn’t do any sports, but when she was child she liked some sports like gobak sodor or swimming. When she was child, she had a favorite subject to study. That was drawing. She liked drawing very much because she thought that drawing was the easiest lesson. We didn’t have to think so hard or to solve some problems. We just drew what we want and we could get a good score.

She also has some ideal jobs. She wants to be an illustrator or to be a teacher for disable kids. She wants to be an illustrator because she that is her hobby. What she loved was making such kind of craft like card and she always innovates it to be different than just a paper of card. She also loved drawing since she was child around 6 years old. When she was in elementary school, she always bought square books and drew house designs and clothes. She drew like she always imagines to be an architect or fashion designer. Recently she really gets into craft and handlettering that she thinks it was the things she loved too much. Too much that she will take a side of her task and do her hobby all day long. And she also likes to draw doodle and kind of illustration which looks adorable. Because she is not surrealism, she can’t draw what exactly is. So, she prefers to illustrate it.

Other reasons why she wants to be a teacher for disable kids, because it feel like she can be the one who are able to communicate with them (disable kids) and not judge or think they are capable just because they have disability in doing something. So, she wants to be able to communicate with them and listen what they are saying. For her, they are not that different with us. It just they have what we don’t have. She also likes learning signal language. She has ever learned that autodidact and it was cool. One of many Korean’s movies, ‘Silence’ was really nice and emotional movie. It was about disable kids who are raped by the headmaster school. And when she watched that, she felt afraid that disable children who has inability to do something will be like that. And it encouraged her more and more to be the teacher of disable kids. But she realizes it was far from realization, yet she just thought, maybe she can’t, she will learn about the language and maybe she can be the volunteer.:)

My Fourth Journal

Hello guys…

Welcome back to my blog. In this part I’ll tell you about my fourth journal. I’ll tell you everything that I’ve got from my writing I class.

So far, like what I’d told you on my previous journal before. I’ve got many new knowledges from Writing I. Besides I could try to write about my autobiography, people around me, my special moments, new event and  my new zodiac. I also could write about my own narrative.

From made my own narrative, I could improve my writing skill. Before I try to make my own narrative, I felt nervous because I thought that it would be very difficult. I thought that my grammar, tense or vocabulary would be the big problem. And it made me almost gave up, but when I tried to do that little by litlle. That wasn’t too difficult. Because if we already had the idea of our own narrative, that would be easier to us to write the story. Because we had our own idea, and we didn’t have to follow the other ideas. When I tried to write the first part, that made me more and more interested. I tried to do as well as I can. And besides of that, comments from my friends and my lecturer also helped me to improve my writing skill. Besides knew some new vocabularies, I also knew some knowledges about how to write a good story.

That was my first time to write about my own narrative. Because previously I always be a reader, not a writer. And then from my writing I class I could get that chance, to be a writer from my own narrative. I could make the story according to my own idea. So, from that assignment I got a lot of new things that also helped to improve my writing skill.

The Power of Hope and Dream (Part III-END)

Welcome back to my blog... Do you remember my previous writing? In this part I’ll tell you the last part of my story. So, enjoy reading guys...

Max grabbed Sally’s wrist and opened the wrist button with force.  John scream at Max to stop him, but it useful. Because they’d already seen the angel’s sign. John, Max and his friends surprised. They never thought that the angel’s sign was real. After that nothing happened, but a few minute later Sally fainted. John take her to the school clinic immediately. In the school clinic John waited for Sally to wake up. A few minute later, Sally woke up. When she looked that John was waiting for her, he smile.

“ Are you okay? Do you need som medicines?” asked John as soon as Sally woke up.

Sally jus smile and said, “ I’m okay. I don’t need the medicine, I just need to tell you the truth.” replied Sally.

“ What do you want to tell me about?” asked John. Sally jus smile.

“ I know that you already knew about it, John. I know that you always tries to protect me from people who tried to trap me. Thank you so much for helping me until now, John. And I think this is the right time to say goodbye, John.” said Sally.

“ Wat are you talking  about? You won’t go, right?” asked John.

“ I have to go, John. It’s okay, John. I won’t forget you and Mrs. Anne. Although I’m not here anymore, I always remember alk of our memories.” said Sally. After said that, Sally gave John a necklace with a half of angel’s wings. And the other half was brought by Sally. After that day, Sally never appeared everywhere. She really dissapeared. Although she had dissapeared, John still hope that someday Sally would come back.

5 years later, John already worked at a city hospital. He was a doctor at that hospital. He still lived with her grandmother in Miracle Village. He never thought to move, because he believed that Sally would come back. One day, while he was driving to go home he saw a girl was walking alone near his village. He stopped his car to offer a help.

“ Excuse me. Can I help you? Do you search your relative address?” asked John politely.

That girl stopped and looked at John. They looked surprised, that girl was Sally. She was back. John felt very happy, he hugged her immediately. That girl didn’t respond when John hugged her. When John realized that that girl didn’t respond, he looked at her and asked, “ You’re Sally, right? Why didn’t you respond me? Did you forget me?”. That girl still looked at John and it made John felt hesitate.

“ Thank you for recognize me, John. You’re right. I’m Sally. As a said before, I won’t forget you and Mrs. Anne. Thank you for all of your prayer, your hope and your belief that I’ll come back. And now, I really come back. Not as an angel anymore, but as a human. Thank you so much, John. Because of your  belief, I can come back. I won’t go anymore, I’ll stay here.” replied Sally. John felt so happy after heard that. Then he took Sally to his house and told his grandmother all Sally’s story. Finally, Sally really appeared. Not as an angel anymore, but as a human.

One year later, Mrs. Anne’s house looked very crowded and beautiful. Yeah... That day was John’s marriage. He married Sally. All people in Miracle Village felt so happy. They participated to celebrate John’s marriage. They never knew that Sally wasn’t a human before. They only knew that John, a city doctor, married a very beautiful woman. And of course in that village only John and Mrs. Anne who knew Sally’s secret. And finally, Sally didn’t need to worry about her secret anymore. John, Sally and Mrs. Anne became a happy family then. They believed that hope and dream had power. Believe that things, and maybe the miracle will come to your life.

The Power of Hope and Dream (Part II)

Do you remember my last writing task about? Yap!!! It was about my narrative story. Last week was my first part story. And now, I’ll tell you about the next story. So, happy reading guys…

Max was angry because John punched Jim. So, Max pushed John reached the edge of the perimeter wall of the building. John was surprised at the time and made ​​him unstable, so that it made John slipped and fell to the ground. Jim and friends surprised and scared, so they left immediately. Luckily, something happened when John fell to the ground. John didn’t fall to the ground, but he flew in the air. When he looked down, there was a girl who held him. For a minute they still flew, but a few minutes later they fell together and fainted.

When John woke up, he surprised because he was in a hospital. Next to him, there was a girl which was still fainted. When John asked the nurse who she was, the nurse said that that girl came with him. John realized that that girl saved his life. While John was looking at her, she woke up.

“Who are you?” asked John.

That girl just looked around and asked John back, “Are you talking to me?”.

John looked a little close to that girl’s face and replied, “Of course you. Who else? I was in front of you, so that I asked you“.

She touched herself and asked to John again, “Can you look at me? How can?”.

John thought that that girl got an amnesia because she had helped him before. So, he said, “It’s okay if you didn’t remember who you are. Now, come with me. I’ll take you to the police office, maybe your family searched you”.

When she got up from her bed, she realized that her book lost. She was looking for her book. John came to that girl and asked what she was looking for. That girl didn’t say anything. John, asked her one more times and she answered that her book lost.

“What kind of book? A diary?” asked John

 “ My book like a note book, has brown cover and it was thick enough. There was an important book for me.” she replied. John confused. John asked nurses if they knew that girl’s book, but all of them didn’t know her book. They said that they didn’t see that that girl brought a book. John told that girl that he would help her to find her book, but she had to follow John to the police office. That girl agreed and they went out from that hospital. While they were walking around the street, immediately that girl called someone at the other street and she looked like she was talking with someone. John looked at the other street but he didn’t see anything. While she was talking by someone, John pulled her hand and said that she had to go to the police office now. Before everything be worse. At the police office, that girl said her name was Sally but she didn’t remember her address. John confused, what should he do to that girl. While he was thinking, his grandmother phoned and he told her everything. Because his grandmother told him to take that girl to their home, so he asked the police officer and went with that girl.

 Since that, Sally became a human for a while. She lived with John and Mrs. Anne. Sally  also school at John’s school to made them believed that she was a human. A person who was called by Sally in that street was her friend. A male angel. And it meant that Sally also an angel. They were guardian angel and had a couple of angel’s wings on their wrist, but that was a secret. Sally would dissapeared forever, if someone who believe that Sally wasn’t a human touched her wrist. Sally’s friend promised that he would bring other angel’s book to Sally. So, she could become an angel again. Sally kept her secret herself, but unfortunately John knew what Sally said to her friend that Sally was an angel and she would protect herself so people couldn’t know the truth. Although John knew Sally’s secret, he also kept it himself and protected Sally as well as he can. Their friends didn’t realize that Sally wasn’t a human, but Jim and his friends realized. They suspicious because some of Sally’s behaviors were strange. For example, Sally never wore short sleeve shirt or t-shirt and she always avoid if someone grabbed or touched her wrist.

One day, Jim and his friends tried to trapped Sally. When they saw Sally was alone at the library corner, they came and grabbed Sally’s wrist. Sally shocked and tried to scream, but Neil covered her mouth. John came after he had seen Jim and his friends entered the library. Max grabbed her wrist and opened the wrist button with force.  John scream at Max to stop him, but it useful. Because they’d already seen the angel’s sign.
